We are selling our 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe. We are the original and only owner of this car.
Wife just had a baby and we need 4 doors. That"s the only reason we are selling.
Car passed all it"s Virginia Safety and Emission Inspections for the next 12 months. Runs absolutely flawless.
All routine scheduled maintenance has been taken care of and car is parked in the garage.
Non Smoker. Comes with 2 key fobs.
Only things we can think of to point out. .
Driver side fender has a scuff from scrapping against the trash can in the garage. (See Picture)
Tire pressure sensor is always on (been like this for 5 years) even though the tires are fine. (See Picture)
Otherwise, normal wear and tear for a 10 year old vehicle driven to and from work.
Clean title ready to hand over.
KBB value for sale by private owner is $3,370 - $4,740 for "Fair" condition which we believe this is. Given that we see many of these on other car websites selling for over $6K in similar condition we believe our reserve is fair.
