Vehicle description

Beautiful Infiniti FX35 that is looking for a new owner. This shiny white 2009 FX35 has been the best vehicle I have ever owned and my favorite, by far. I used this vehicle to commute between DC and Baltimore for about 4 years and it was amazing. Most of the miles that I have put on the vehicle have been highway miles. This vehicle has never been smoked in and I do not have children riding in the car so the interior is very clean for a 2009. The tires were replaced within the last year and they might have 3K - 5K miles on them (see pics). This a sleek, powerful, smooth FX35 that you"ll truly enjoy driving. I am basically selling the vehicle against my will (pressure from my girlfriend :))!
Some additional details and in the interest of full disclosure: The vehicle did overheat in July 2020 (had the AC on and windows down too long I believe) and I subsequently replaced the radiator. I took it in to a local mechanic (not an Infiniti dealer) and he wanted to check the head gasket and ensure there were no issues with the engine. He eventually sealed the head gasket and cleaned the variable value timing sensors. I drove the car for about two months after that without major issues. Recently, the car was hesitating intermittently when accelerating and just seems to be off. I have not been driving the vehicle for the last few weeks and I have not gone back to the mechanic to determine definitively what the issue is. The vehicle, of course, starts and runs but I would recommend the buyer picks up the vehicle on a flatbed and does not drive it until any outstanding mechanical issues are fully addressed. It could be a relatively quick fix or it could be something more involved, like an issue with the engine or head gasket. If you are a mechanic, a dealer, someone that knows their way around under the hood, or just someone looking for a nice, sporty / luxury vehicle at a reasonable price, this could be for you. With the pandemic and a diminished need for a second vehicle, I have decided to just sell this Infiniti. I sincerely hope that my loss can be your gain. I am selling this vehicle as is.
A few minor issues: typical wear for a 2009 with a few dings and scratches but no major cosmetic issues. Carpets are very clean but there is a small bleach stain apparently from a jug of Clorox that leaked on the way back from the store (2 or 3 inches in diameter), on the back seat (driver"s side) floor mat / not the carpet. The rear wiper doesn"t spray fluid, but the wiper works fine otherwise. That"s probably a quick fix. Front drivers side fog light is cracked, but it is still fully functional.
I am over sharing details and issues so that potential buyers can feel comfortable bidding and understands what they are bidding on. Thank you for dropping by and checking out this listing! I"m happy to try to answer any other questions that you might have.
