This car is being sold no reserve. If you win the vehicle, please send a $100 deposit to our Paypal account within 24 hours, or it will be offered to the next highest bidder. Non paying buyers may also receive a negative mark from so will refund us for the ad. Balance is to be paid by check, cash or wire transfer only. Please send us your name and phone number directly through so we can work out the paperwork and delivery after deposit has been made. We charge $115 for paperwork and title transfer, and 45 day tags are available for $18.50. We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer is responsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’s the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car. If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Thank you for looking at our 2009 Cadillac DTS. This is an absolutely beautiful car from bumper to bumper with a super clean leather interior. This car starts, runs and drives 100%. It has all power options to be expected in a Cadillac and all options do work correctly, including the air conditioning. The tires, brakes, exhaust, front end, transmission and engine are all fine. The body on it has a couple bubbles, which is to be expected on a 9 year old car. Obviously, with 188K miles, the car was driven and not left in a garage. As a matter of fact, its been driven 20K miles a year for nine years, and its definitely been serviced very well to be in the mechanical shape it is today.
We replaced one power steering hose and that was it. It needs air in a couple tires to get the low tire light off. Please check out all the pictures below in the Photobucket so you"ll be able to see the car from top to bottom, inside and out. If the winning bidder personally picks this car up and doesn"t get it shipped and he or she doesn"t like the way this car runs for any reason, hand me back the key and the deal will be over. I"ve driven Cadillacs with half these mile that don"t run as well as this one does today.
