2009 BMW 328i I SULEV hardtop convertible (black exterior w/ cream color leather interior)
I am selling this vehicle for my wife. She purchased this vehicle new and has been its only owner. All in all, the vehicle drives well and has done so for the entire time she has owned it. A large amount (probably the majority) of the miles are highway.
The engine light has been on for about 5-6 years because of something related to the vehicle"s emissions. She does not recall the DTC (diagnostic trouble code); however, the vehicle has always passed inspections and several mechanics have told her that it has no effect on the vehicle"s performance. Thus, she has never gotten it fixed.
Full disclosure, last year we have had an isolated issue with the hardtop roof needing a nudge to go all the way up; however, have not had that issue in over a year and have put the roof up and down without issue 50+ times since such time.
I cannot post on ebay motors, but can send you videos putting the roof up and down as well as driving the vehicle.
