Vehicle description

This is a 2009 Audi TT Quattro with a 3.2 liter V6 engine. This Audi is a really fun car to drive. It"s super responsive, has a surprising amount of trunk space when the back seats are folded down, and looks unique. It"s a bold-looking car that I"ve received many complements on.
The interior sports premium leather seats.
It has paddle shifters which control the tiptronic transmission, so if you want a more controlled shifting experience, you can take over. The tiptronic transmission gives you the control of the shift points while still letting you go back into automatic when you"re in heavy traffic (etc.).
History
It is a salvaged car. Some time in 2014 or so it was involved in a front-end collision. Since then, the hood, skid plate, spark plugs, ignition coils, and complete A/C have been replaced. The tires are from around two years ago, and are Continental brand (see picture).
I have driven it over 30,000 miles after the salvage and never had a breakdown. I serviced the car regularly at a high-tier, Audi-licensed mechanic when prompted by the car"s service system.
Known issues I am selling this car as-is.
The front driver"s side headlight unit has broken tabs from the collision, making it not fixed in place. I haven"t ever had it actually fall out, but you will need to get it replaced in order to pass safety inspections in your state (if applicable). You may be able to glue or weld the light back into place if you have those skills and save some money.
The hood latch seems to be ever so slightly out of alignment, or the front grille causes some resistance when closing the hood. Practically, that means you may need to try a few times and give some light tugs to ensure the hood is fully locked and closed safely. I don"t imagine fixing this issue will cost very much.
There is an intermittent wiring failure to the rear taillight(s). It happens quite infrequently and quickly goes away. The car will detect it, so you will know if the taillights are out. I have had the mechanic check the taillight unit and replace the bulbs, but there may be a loose wire somewhere that sometimes jiggles just right to cause the failure.
Cosmetic damage
The hood had to be replaced, so the paint looks to be slightly more faded then the rest of the car. There is some minor white streaks/paint damage on the bottom of the skirt and on the driver"s side rear wheel well. You"d have to have someone point them out to even notice.
Why I"m selling it
This car is great fun and has served me well. I recently moved to a different state and don"t want to have to pay to register and title this car- I want to buy a new car anyways.
While there are some problems with the car (listed previously), I think the relatively low total cost of repairs still make this car a good buy. I"m being completely honest and up-front with the issues because I believe even knowing those issues, you"re going to be getting a good deal on a nice car.
