| “I purchased the DB9 in January of 2012 from a famous hockey player that was also a car collector. The story on the car was that it had engine failure when they purchased it due to water induction during a heavy rain storm. The insurance adjuster had “salvaged” the title because of the engine failure. There was no other damage to the car of any kind. This famous hockey player and his partner made the repairs to the engine and I was told it was good to go when I bought it. I drove the car for 7 years with no problems whatsoever. In January of 2019 the engine failed. I purchased a new “remanufactured” engine and had it installed by Aston Martin Beverly Hills for $40,573.53. At the time of the new engine install the odometer was 30,952 so the car has just over 13,000 miles on new motor” |
