Now available for auction is this 2008 Porsche 997 Turbo finished in GT Silver Metallic over a Sea Blue full leather interior. Sought-after for its 3.6 L twin-turbocharged Mezger engine, this first-generation 997 Turbo is also factory equipped with the Sport Chrono Package, extended leather trim, painted exterior details, and a refined Tiptronic S automatic transmission. Additionally, this example highlights over $50k worth of custom upgrades including SRM intercoolers, 1200cc fuel injectors, Promotive 63.5 turbochargers, and an AIM engine tune rated at 700 HP on E85 and 620 on 91 octane with an included controller to switch back a forth bewtween the two tunes. It is now being offered from its current Colorado home while showing approximately 60k miles on the odometer accompanied by a clean title. The GT Silver Metallic paint is in excellent, near flawless condition overall with a ceramic coating recently applied. Exclusive factory details include red taillights, painted rocker panels, a painted spoiler lip, and a painted lower rear apron. Aftermarket carbon fiber side air intakes have been installed along with carbon fiber vinyl wrap on the spoilers and mirror covers. This example rides on a set of aftermarket Victor wheels finished in black and dressed in new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The original set of 911 Turbo wheels with extra sport tires are also included in the sale. The cabin is tastefully appointed with full Sea Blue leather featuring extended leather upholstery on the dome lamp cover, inner sills, rear center console, sun visors, and shifter gate. The 3.6 L twin-turbocharged Mezger engine sends power to all four wheels through a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic gearbox. In its stock configuration, this 997 is capable of accelerating from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.4 seconds while reaching a top speed north of 190 MPH with the upgrades definatley in the mid 2"s for 0-60 and well over 200 MPH. Car has never been tracked and is docile and very tame around town for cruising. Step on the thottle however and you will experience perhaps one of the most spirited drives ever.
