About this vehicle This 2008 Mini Cooper is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work and is used as a daily driver. Vehicle Details I got this car @ 70k miles back in 2013 and drove it all over the country. It was a fun car to drive. Back in 2019, the engine lost a cylinder. My dad towed it from my house in TN back to his house in SC to have his repair guy look at it. He said it needed a new engine, but we stopped using him due to shotty work on other vehicles. The cylinder may be repairable, I have no clue. I have a kid now and don't have any money to put towards fixing this up. It's been sitting for 3 years and rats made a nice nest on top of the engine block this winter. I got all that junk out of there, but it looks like they chewed some of the wiring on the spark plug ignition coil wiring on 2 coils. I didnt see other damage from them. The body is in excellent shape. It's never been in an accident. The battery is shot, so I hooked it up directly to my dad's truck. All the internal electronics still worked great. All speakers work great, as do the gauges, power windows, adjustable mirrors, internal lights. The back door handle switch no longer works but I used the door latch button on the key fob and it popped right open. The sunroof opened right up. I have a spare tire I got after-the-fact. It's in the lower trunk compartment of the car. It will need new tires. The chrome trim around the grill came off, but I have that piece in the car.
