Up for sale is a very rare car, a 2008 Lexus GS460. In the years of it’s production between 2008-2011 only less than 2,000 cars were imported to North America from Japan, you won"t find many of them for sale. The car is a rear wheel drive and comes with a very reliable 4.6L V8 engine with an 8 speed automatic transmission. With 342 HP and 339 ft-lb of torque it has plenty of power, but is also capable of getting excellent gas mileage on the highways. Thanks to the 8 speed transmission it’s able to get 26 to 28mpg on the highway which is outstanding for a V8. The exterior color is silver (Mercury Metallic) and has black leather interior. This car has 99,XXX miles on it, runs and drives like new, all the service is up to date. Exterior condition is very good to excellent, has some light paint scratches. The interior is in excellent condition, the only noticeable wear is on the side of the driver’s front leather seat. This GS comes with Mark Levinson sound system, sunroof, navigation, parking sensors, rear backup camera, HID headlights, front heated and air cooled seats, rear power shade, I believe it’s equipped with all of the options that were available for that year. Besides the different engines in the GS350 and GS460 models, there are other upgraded features which the V8 models came equipped with such as the interior trim is stitched leather on the door panels and the center console trim while the GS350 has the non-stitched rubbery vinyl type trim in those locations. I don"t know all of the differences, but the 460 model also came with Active Stabilizer Suspension System for improved handling. I assume the exhaust/mufflers are the same in GS460 and GS350, but the exhaust note sounds better with this V8 engine when compared to the V6 model. The car is completely stock except for the custom forged wheels and 20% window tint. The 19 inch wheels are a staggered set with 19x9.5 in the rear and 19x8.5 in the front. They are lightweight (about 22lbs each without the tire) and also strong as they are forged (rotary formed). These rims were custom ordered from Stance Wheels and were bored out to be hub-centric to have the same fitment as oem Lexus wheels without the need of any spacers or hub rings, the chosen offset advised by Stance rep. turned out to be a perfect a setup as well. The car was never smoked in and still has a brand-new car smell inside. The rear driver side wheel has some curb rash which is fixable. Tires have at least 80% tread left. I"m not a dealer and this is my personal vehicle which I"ve owned for 2 years, now it is up for sale as I am moving on to another project and could use some funds and extra parking space. The car has a reconstructed title due to a minor accident a few years ago before I owned it, I bought it after it was repaired, no frame damage was done and it was verified by a body shop during inspection. AutoCheck vehicle history report is available and the report confirms that the air bags were not deployed. The car is good to go and needs nothing. Asking price is $14,900. I am not desperate to sell it, but I will consider reasonable offers.
