NOTE: This is NOT a lemon law vehicle. The manufacturer bought this vehicle back, replaced a defective transmission and resold it through its dealer network. AutoCheck and Carfax unfairly co-mingle buybacks and lemons on their sites in a manner that makes buy backs like this one seem like a lemon law vehicle. In Pennsylvania (the state of this title) it is required for titles to be stamped with a lemon law designation if a lemon law car is resold. If it were a lemon, the title would say it and it does not. I will give any potential buyer a scan of a clear title on request.
