2008 Honda Odyssey. Condition is "Used"
It"s a Honda, so it has another 50,000+ miles left to go. Interior is in excellent condition. Non-smoker. No tears or holes in any of the leather seats. Tan leather seats. Carpet is in excellent condition. All rubber floor mats are included.
Blows ice cold air.
Sunroof works. All windows and electric front seats work. Front seat heaters work. The CD player does not work, but radio does work. I don"t know whether the DVD still works, but it does have the dropdown screen on the ceiling.
Tires are Coopers, new in front, low miles on rear tires. Just had a 4-wheel brake job and 4-wheel alignment done at Cecil & Son"s Tires. Has all the Honda maintenance and owner"s manuals included. Factory spare tire and jack set included.
Exterior has some scuffs and parking lot scrapes. It"s obviously not showroom new or a low-mileage vehicle, so I"m describing it as accurately as possible.
Dash TPMS (tire pressure) light has been on forever (see pics). So has the yellow check engine light (see pics). I have changed the oil every 3,000 miles for the 12+ years we"ve owned this van. However, I have not paid a Honda dealership hundreds of dollars to reset the sensor lights.
If you are a Honda technician, can reset these lights yourself, or have it done cheaper, this might be your vehicle.
It does drip a little oil, as pictured in the ad. Cecil & Sons Tire gave me a quote to replace the valve cover gaskets (parts and labor), and replace the oil pan gasket (parts and labor). IF you have the time and tools, you can make these repairs yourself, or cheaper than a mechanic"s shop or dealership.
The timing belt package, including water pump, tensioner, belts and associated parts was replaced by Southpointe Honda, at 139,619 miles.
The timing belt package, including water pump, tensioner, belts and associated parts were AGAIN replaced at Southpointe Honda, in January 2018, at 225,016 miles.
Front struts, tie rod ends, sway bar links were replaced in 2015. The HP power steering hose was replaced in 2018. A new alternator was installed 2018.
It does have 270,000+ miles. After idling several minutes in a parking lot, it blows a little oil smoke, then stops once underway. At times it runs rough, but has not had the spark plugs replaced or a tune-up recently, so these are issues you can repair, replace or live with.
One key, and the key fob works fine.
Clear title. Obviously no warranty, expressed or implied. Private seller, so no returns. Cash is king, so no 2-party checks, or phone app payments.
Payment in full, in cash, at time of transaction. If it sells within the 7 days online, I will end the auction, as it is also for sale locally.
Will show the van at Walmart, and can use the bank inside to exchange cash and the title. Clear title, in hand.
