2008 F350 XL 4X4 Extended Cab 5.4L V8 68K Miles
Purchased this truck new and had the salter and plow installed when purchased. I used to clean plow parking lots but over the last few years I have stuck with doing residential and this truck has just been standing by. I keep it indoors on and off.
-Swenson PTO hydrualic tail gate salt spreader ($6506 installed 11/24/2008)
-Western Ultramount wide-out plow 8"-10" ($7337.08 upgraded from straight blade 11/17/11)
-Auxillary strobe lights (~$1500 installed 11/24/2008)
Total in upgrades: $15,343
Concerns:
-Cracked driver side footwell side cover (picture included)
-Exaust is cracked, this is audibly noticable.
-Drove it today and engine occasionally makes clicking sound.
Additional comments:
-Since new this truck has always been regarded to as "slow" given the 5.4L engine but it has always had the power to tow (skid steer) and plow with ease. Don"t inqure if your looking for speed.
- New tires installed on 12/09/2020 @ 62500 miles
- K & N air filter installed 9/11/2020 - Front and rear shock absorbers replaced 10/6/2021 - Rear brake pads, calipers and rotors replaced 10/6/2021
