This 2008 Audi A6 is up for auction and listed as a MECHANIC SPECIAL. LOW RESERVE PRICE. Overall, the car is in excellent condition. The interior is super clean with no tears, rips, cracks, stains or odors. The exterior paint and body panels are all in great shape. The reason for it being listed as a mechanic special is due to the passenger side bank keeps jumping timing. Don"t know why is keeps doing it, following is a list of things that have been done to try and fix the issue: New valves, timing sprocket (cogs) and belt tensioner have been installed. The head gasket was replaced with the actual head being machined and smoothed out. The car was in excellent running condition before it jumped timing. Transmission runs strong and smooth. Currently the car shakes while running due to the timing being off. It will need to be towed/shipped. Being a used car dealer I can only sell the car to out of state buyers or Georgia residents that do not live in emissions counties. If you live in GA and are the winning bidder you will also need to pay tag/tax and title fees on top of your winning bid. These fees are as follows: Tax=6.6% of winning bid + $20 tag fee + $18 title fee. Out of state buyers DO NOT NEED to pay tax/tag/title fees. Upon winning this auction, winning bidder will need to pay a $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction and remaining balance upon pick up. Again, this car will need to be towed/shipped. I will be readily available to assist in shipping arrangements.
