I am the second owner (title in my name), purchased this vehicle from my boss, who was the original owner and who bought it brand new at the Volvo dealership in 2007, right here in Houston, Texas. I was going to let me son drive this during the summer but as it turns out he wants a sedan, so its up for sale. This nice, dry XC90 has been garaged its whole life and it shows. It has incredibly low mileage - just 60,602 original miles. This car is collision-free per Carfax. The paint is in great shape, as you would expect from a garaged vehicle with low miles. The interior is very nice as well and the tires have good tread. Interior is very nice, the car is a non-smoker vehicle. Recently put a new alternator and battery in about 2 months ago. The Volvo XC90 is an extremely safe and comfortable vehicle – had the highest crash test rating and was top rated with Consumer Reports. This Volvo is not only safe, but is fast too, with the 4.4L V8 engine w/311hp. Runs and drives very nicely. This all wheel drive SUV has great options, such as the V8 engine, power sunroof, 3rd row seating, aluminum wheels, tire pressure monitors, backup warning, roof rack with the Volvo cargo box and the Volvo Entertainment System- second row seat display monitors (mounted in the back of the front seat headreasts). The Volvo roof mounted cargo box is currently off of the vehicle (won’t fit in my garage with it installed), but I have included a few photos at the end showing the cargo box set on top of the roof rack so you can see what it looks like. The Volvo comes with original books and owners manual in the glove box. Original MSRP in 2007 was nearly $60k for this safe, luxurious crossover SUV!
