The conversion includes a 14 inch lowered floor, ramp side power sliding door, power ramp, anchor points and removable driver and passenger seats. Van has front and rear heat and A/c, power rear vent windows, back up sensors, remote start , rear DVD/TV and CD player. Ramp and door can be operated from inside the van or by remote . No accidents and clean Carfax! NON smoker! I try very hard to disclose any and all major defects about the van but some minor normal usage may be apparent.
