Porsche Boxster. This was an ORIGINAL OWNER VEHICLE. All maintenance was at the Porsche dealer, just had the 120K update completed 5K at dealer, new tires, brakes, plugs, all the misc. The car looks and runs perfectly. The owner stored the vehicle while he had an extended leave and there were some mice in the trunk, the dealer claimed the only way to verify for sure was to completely take the car apart and down to metal. The estimate was too high from the dealer, so the insurance elected to not repair. Funny thing was when we received the car it would not power on but the positive cable was disconnected on the lower end not the battery? We connected and it powered right up. the windows would not work? We simply plugged them back in? The power seat was stuck all the way folded up? We simply found the connection buried under the carpet? we simply plugged it in and mysteriously that worked fine also? The radio did not work, again we simply plugged it back in. I cannot be positive of course but my opinion is that someone wanted the vehicle to APPEAR TO NEED ALOT OF WORK. maybe to an insurance adjuster? ? Anyways everything that did not work simply needed to be plugged back in. The console was removed and in the trunk. The vehicle was listed as "STRIPED" on the auction site but every single part was in the trunk. We simply put it back together. THE CAR RUNS PERFECT. It was purchased at Hoffman Porsche with 20 miles on it and there are records for all the maintenance being done at the dealer. I think someone played a game with the insurance company. THE CAR IS PERFECT. 53k NEW I have more pictures if you would like just text me at or if you have any other questions. If you think the reserve is a little high you"re correct, the car is perfect and a great deal. If it does not sell its one I would enjoy being stuck with it. Brand new tires as well.
