This is a very clean, thoroughly maintained, ready to enjoy R171 AMG. Purchased two years ago with 98K miles from Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek, where the car passed MB factory pre-owned inspection and received a complete service.
I bought this car specifically because it was for sale at an MB dealer, with perfect ownership history and all services from new performed at MB. The small roadster, big German V8 combo is a blast, and the Mercedes build quality and creature comforts (hello Air Scarf) round out an awesome driving experience. During our 2.5 years / 14K miles of ownership, my wife drove it almost-daily and we took some top-down road trips.
I doubt you can find a better maintained example on the market. In the last 2.5 years / 14K miles the following maintenance has been performed:
-New Michelin Pilot PS4S tires, 235/40 and 265/35/18 (< 2000 miles on these) -oil & filter change (3x) -brake flush (May 2019) -coolant flush (May 2019) -water pump (May 2019) -idler pulley & drive belt (May 2019) -trans & diff fluid -air intake filters (2x) -Bilstein struts and shocks, new mounts (May 2019) -engine and trans mounts -driveshaft flex disc -brake rotors and pads front (big brakes, big $$$) -brake pads rear -vario roof lock actuator seal -vario roof hydraulic flush -transmission control module & software revision -steering angle sensor -drivers seat controls
Cosmetically, also in excellent shape. The factory black paint has been well kept, with no hazing or heavy scratches. As the photos show, it has a deep gloss. There are a few chips, particulary on the bumpers and hood, but no ugly dings or dents. Nice straight panels. The seats, carpet and interior surfaces are all in great condition with minimal wear.
I’ve tried to be thorough but not too lengthy. I welcome offers and questions, so long as they are reasonable. I have all receipts from my ownership, and a CarFax showing clean title, no accidents, and all prior history. Thanks for looking.
