Hey Everyone, It is time to sell my 2007 Lexus IS 250 AWD. Automatic transmission. White exterior with Black leather interior. (best color combo imo). It has 95,000 miles on the body but the new motor has 25k on it. Long story short, took the car in for oil change and the lube tech forgot to tighten the drain plug. Low oil light came on and long story short dealership replaced the whole engine. Yes I have paperwork straight from LEXUS. If you need more info on this please dont hesitate to ask. Clean title Clean Carfax. No rust or anything like that.
Let me start off by saying that this car needs nothing mechanically. It is the most reliable car I owned. It"s AWD so its perfect in any weather condition. Interior is super clean Exterior has light scratches and small dings but no rust or big dents. (Nothing unexpected from a 11yr old car), Everything works as it should. I am the second owner of the car and I have owned it for 10 years now. This car has been meticulously maintained. Full synthetic oil changes every 3000 miles. All scheduled maintenance is up to date. I have a folder of receipts for EVERYTHING.
Before putting the car up for sale, the shop mechanic conducted a full engine compression test (to test the condition of engine) and it came back perfect. 160-165 PSI on all cylinders. A sample was taken from the transmission fluid was sent and tested and came back perfect. Selling the car because I just moved to a new apartment in Brooklyn and its just not realistic for me to have a car anymore.
