Vehicle description
Please Note - this car can only be sold if exported to Europe. This car is non-conforming to US DOT and EPA standards.
VIN# LUCGE273073212747 - Sorry because it it not a US VIN it can"t be displayed via Ebay. See pic of VIN plate for confirmation.
I"ve included a pic of the odometer - that 118k is Kilometers or approximately 76k miles.
I purchased this car in Italy in 2007. I imported it to Vermont USA in 2011 with all the US Custom stamps to prove it. It has be registered, inspected, and insured since 2011. Now the State of Vermont has informed me that it is not road worthy in the US. I researched the costs to get it to conform to US standards - $15,000 to $25,000! So it can no longer be driven in America.
I"m told it is worth more than 4000 Euros in most of the EU. I hope to have priced it low enough that you can pay for all the export costs back to Europe and still get a great deal on a good car.
I have the title and I"ve included the EU Certificate of Conformity as proof you can bring it back to the EU.
The car runs well. No engine problems. No accidents. Interior is clean. We are non-smokers.
I had one door repainted because of some scratches, it is not a great job but serviceable (see picture). The hood has 3 scuff marks from tree sap removal. One bumper has a scuff mark the result of driving it in Rome! I also have two snow tires that go with it - no charge.
Again - given the asking price, you should be able to fix that and still get a great deal.
Regarding vehicle pickup - because the car cannot be driven in the USA, the car must be towed from my property. There is a U Haul within one mile or your freight forwarder can pick it up.
Contact me with any questions.
