For sale is a family-owned 2007 Honda Element EX SUV that is ready to be enjoyed by a new owner! Bought brand new by the in-laws, they kindly passed it down to my wife when she graduated and it has served her greatly ever since.
Clean TX title, passed inspection and registration renewal on 6/22, and CARFAX history report are all provided.
On top of consistent oil changes every 5-7k miles, tire rotations, & other regular maintenance items; here are just a few things I have done recently to help keep this vehicle in tip-top shape:
WITHIN LAST YEAR: - New front & rear struts/springs - New spark plugs - New cruise control switch - New wipers (several extras included) - LED overhead/license plate lights
TWO YEARS: - New tires (in-town miles only) - New headlights - New serpentine belt - New radiator fans (SUPER COLD A/C! !)
THREE+ YEARS: - New rear end panels (door & bumper in minor fender-bender) - New driver & passenger-side airbags (due to manufacturer recall) - Sound-proofing floor insulation
