2007 Silverado HD Classic. Was originally owned by Disney and was a maintenance truck in the Park in Orlando.
Here is the good:
-Runs very well, quiet, should be lots of life left on the engine. -Would be perfect for a landscaper, and someone who needs a work truck they don"t have to worry about beating on, or a farm truck to haul horses, etc. - 4 good matching tires with plenty of tread, bought a year and a half ago, have only about 10k on them. -New battery this past year -Just changed the main belt -Always changed oil with full synthetic mobile one every 5,000 miles. -Has complete towing package, all you need, I put it on about a few years ago to tow my boat a few times which I have since sold. It was not used to tow before that. -Has a great aftermarket dual din radio, touch screen, bluetooth, kenwood, and awesome speakers, that can play loud and sound great.
Here is the bad:
When I bought the truck, it had several scratches, dings, dents, minor tears in seats. There are two big sized dents on the passenger side and one on the drivers side door. See pictures, frame is not bent and door opens and closes fine. The tailgate was put on new but never coated, the paint has been scratched and has began to rust, see pictures. Could easily be covered with some bed spray on. There are a few emblems missing, rust spots on rails, etc., again, please see pictures, most of this is cosmetic. The head lights are faded, one headlight on the drivers side goes in and out, there was a short that I think I fixed, but disclosing just in case. The wheel is slightly off center to the left, it doesn"t pull, still, this may annoy people and it may need an alignment. Finally, the check engine light came on about a year ago, It is a knock sensor error code. I researched it and spoke to a mechanic and he said to not even bother replacing as he was almost certain it was just the sensor. Again, the engine runs great and should provide much more serviceable years.
I have been honest here in describing what I believe to be any issues related to the truck. Due to the age, this is obviously being sold as with no warranty.
