Vehicle description
For sale is a 2007 BMW 335i Twin Turbo Hardtop Convertible.
TRANSMISSION ISSUE
Starts, runs and drives but will not shift out of 1st gear.
Motor runs healthy but will not go past first gear. Tried in paddle shift and regular, goes in reverse and 1st.
The body is straight with no signs of any previous crashes or damage, only minor paint issues mainly lower front bumper paint scuffs. The interior is clean with a minor sign of wear on the corner of the driver"s seat.
Convertible top and windows all function properly and open and close normally. drives straight and smooth with good suspension and brakes. Car is in need of work and sold as is where is. It can start, run and drive for transporter on and off a trailer but only drives in 1st gear and reverse.
Clean and clear California title in hand. Currently registered.
I will assist with shipping. I will help with finding the buyer a shipper for the best price I can. Buyer responsible for all transport costs.
I will store the car at my house for up to 60 days at no charge.
$500 Deposit due within 24 hours after auction close. Full payment due within 7 days of auction close. I will accept most payment methods but payment must be received and CLEARED before vehicle or title is released.
