Vehicle description
Very good condition, interior and exterior. Only selling to move into an SUV. Garaged nightly and impeccably maintained and serviced. We"re the 2nd owner and have owned it since 2008. The 1st owner was a local lawyer in KC that traded his Acura"s in yearly. Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, upper/lower coolant hoses, serpentine belt and even had the radiator swapped out (preventative maintenance) while in service. All done in Oct. 2018. New alternator installed Summer 2018. Nitrogen filled tires from Costco (tires rotated Aug. 2020). When the vehicle was in Acura for an oil change the same month they noted 50% left in the tire tread. New Interstate Battery installed in Jan. 2020. Both front rotors and brake pads replaced Aug. 2019. Both rear rotors and brake pads (along with a new rear passenger side caliper) installed Sept. 2020. Oil and filter always replaced at Jay Wolfe Acura in Kansas City. Both front lower seat covers were replaced in 2018. Disconnected the factory Bluetooth years ago due to a drain on the battery. However with the AUX input in the center armrest, any aftermarket Bluetooth adapter could be used. Roof of the car has very slight signs of small hail. In the 7 or so years since, I"ve never had anyone notice it since it can only be seen by putting your eye down to the surface level. (best picture I could get included). Center console cup holder cover/lid is stuck in the open position. Only 1 key FOB. Front and rear bumpers show some light marks.
