Vehicle description
My name is Keiko I would like to sell my 2006 Volvo V70R that I purchased at Culver City Volvo new in 2007. It has 114.500 miles on it and has always been serviced at the dealership in a timely manner, has always had a warranty through the dealership and currently has a 5 star bumper to bumper $50.00 deductible warranty that is good until Sept 24 th , 2017. I have all of the service records and the R mechanic (Howard) at Culver City Volvo said they would speak with the new owner when they come to change their name on the warranty if they so desired and to include the following facts. This week I had it tuned and complete service performed. The tires, Michelin 235/45r17s are new on the rear and have around 50% wear in the front. The breaks are new and they put special rotors with holes in them so I could stop better in the rain, I think? It has 2 memory keys that adjust the seat and mirrors when the drivers change, Automatic transmission that you can also shift, why? Power steering, Power breaks, Power windows, Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Rain sensor wipers front and rear, Headlamp wipers, 6 CD changer stereo (never used), a moveable steering wheel, not sure how that works, Sunroof, tinted windows, 2 sets of floor mats, one set for Rainey days, which seldom happens. I had a Carfax report done and is available. Oh, the car is also equipped with Lojack car locater system. It has never been in an accident but does have repaired scratches under the front from parking lot curbs. A few small nicks, it’s very pretty and the paint is very nice. The interior is like new as hardly anyone has ridden in it. In December 2007 soon after I bought the Volvo I was parked at a friend’s house and the wind lifted the canopy in the driveway and it broke the glass in the sunroof, the falling glass scratched the leather on the drivers seat so they replaced the glass and the leather on the seat, as a result the car comes with an extra leather seat cover for the drivers side, I don’t think seat replacement was necessary but, well, they did it.
My husband had the dealership put a trailer hitch on it when we bought it new but he never had a chance to use it. All the seats fold down for more cargo space and it has these curtains that pull up from the seats to hold back cargo or dogs, not easy to work. The dealer installed fancy, chrome like, outside mirror covers, don’t remember why, but, I still have the matching blue ones. They also included clear plastic, stick-on headlamp covers but I wasn’t quite sure how to install them, they are included.
It has always been parked in a climate controlled garage and driven mostly north to see friends in Santa Rosa, I have a Smart car for around LA.
It has several buttons on the dash and center console, the ones on the dash make it ride too hard and the one behind the shifter has a S on it, no idea what that does. It’s much pepper then my previous Volvos. I’m selling to make room for a new Tesla.
