Vehicle description
2006 Scion xA RS 3.0 TRD For sale Chance to own a Toyota gem 121,xxx miles 5 Speed Manual Transmission Clean Title in my name Cruise control ABS Power door, locks, windows. Factory alarm with keyless entry Release Series 1595 out of 2100 KenStyle ground effects & beautiful Stingray Blue Metallic exterior available only on release series. This car has been nicely treated . Tuned with genuine TRD factory upgrades (some hard to find and/or no longer available), as well as other upgrades that really puts it to a higher level than regular models. TRD Cold Air Intake (Definitely power gains in the top end) TRD Front strut tower bar (looks nice painted blue, little difference in handling but TRD ha!) TRD Rear sway bar (best single mod for these cars hands down for cornering and handling) TRD Short Shifter (quick, crispy, sporty shifting achieved along with urethane bushing kit) TRD Lowering Springs (nice 1" drop, no rubbing, or ground clearance/ speed bumps issues) TRD Sportivo shock suspension (car plants so well, cornering is so much predictable and nimble)
Denso Iridium TT spark plugs DME 4-1 Headers (with added flanges for stock heat shield) Dynomax Superturbo exhaust (definitely better flow out the back) 1zz blue injectors (Direct fitment over stock. Complements CAI, headers, exhaust and plugs) Torque Solutions urethane shifter cable bushings Brakes service: SS Braided lines front and rear Rebuilt calipers; new seals, boots, hardware, guide pins and bleeder valves. New pads and rotors E-brake adjusted for solid engagement
Other maintenance: New Moog strut mounts at the time of upgrading shocks and springs Transmission fluid changed with Redline MT90 New passenger & driver side CV axles (this fixed a vibration that occurred at highway speeds) New undercarriage engine cover splash guards K&N Cabin air filter New intake and exhaust manifold gaskets
Other modifications: Tinted Windows and top windshield stripe to legal specs. Wind deflectors; driver and passenger. OEM Foglights. New kit purchased at dealer. Focal Audio Twitter Speakers Wireless Magnetic Phone mount. Best spot to have one IMO. Perfect for charging phone while using GPS. 12V Charger port set up to charge at all times whether key is in ignition or not. Great to leave items charging while you"re gone. OEM headunit with iPod and AUX connectivity. Cool feature is AUX has been converted to Bluetooth port. Also those have been wire-tucked under the center console for a clean look). 3rd brake light mod; nice dual brake lights when pressing the brake. Usually these cars come with just either one depending if equipped with spoiler or not.
Bike rack set up: Class 2 Curt Hitch specific for Scion xA Pro Series Two place bike rack. This adjusts to allow access to hatchback. Hitch lock pin Hitch tightener that eliminates any rattling.
Wheels 17" Z-in Konig rims (curb contact in some areas) 215/45r17 Michellin Premier A/S
Things for disclosure: Roof clear shows some age. Some door dings spots that were there already. Small bend on what seems to be hitting a curb by previous owner (rear driver side wheel well) Basically all this car needs is a cosmetic touch up.
Extras: Several spare parts A set of OEM carbon fiber B-pillar applique overlays (I have not decided to installed yet but will be included) Engine runs strong. No CEL. Clean motor, not smoking, no oil leaks, recently serviced. All maintenance and upgrades have been done between 114k-120k odometer mile period. Have a folder full of receipts, parts labels and some cool badges and stickers that I"ve collected. Vehicle comes with two keys and factory keyless remote programmed. All in all car is great, all mods together really wake up the driving experience and makes it a very practical, reliable and fun daily driver. Quick being a lightweight vehicle. Sounds sporty but not obnoxious at all. Turns heads as these cars are becoming unicorns. Getting harder to come by clean and lower mileage.
