Very well maintained. Always kept in a garage. No modifications, fully stock. All inspection and maintenance records since it was new are available. Installed a preventative specialty kit to mitigate an IMS issue and has a new rear main seal, all paperwork on hand. No mechanical or electrical issues, runs perfect. Buying a friend"s 997 Turbo, so this beauty has to go. Otherwise, this 911 is a keeper.
