Listed for sale, is this 2006 Nissan Murano SL that"s clean inside and out. The interior is clean and in really good condition. There are few rips in the seats, which these vehicles are known for, but still the interior still shows minor wear and tear. The exterior is also in good condition. However, the paint on the hood is slightly faded, but the rest on the paint shines up very nicely, and all four wheels/tires are in excellent shape.
This is not your ordinary Murano. It’s the SL model, which is the luxury version. This vehicle features 18-inch alloy wheels, antilock braking system, heated seats, a 60-40 rear folding seat, rear spoiler, chrome grille, fog lamps, the LCD screen with backup camera, six-speaker audio system with CD player and curtain airbags.
The vehicle is being sold so cheaply because it needs work. The engine runs good, but the vehicle does have an exhaust leak. The vehicle has a P0840 check engine code, which has to do with the transmission fluid. The vehicle shifts just fine, and then after a few minutes, it slips badly, and then starts driving back normal again. The mechanic said he added transmission fluid, but the problem still exists. The mechanic said that the new transmission fluid may need time to run through the system, but really isn"t sure. The mechanic just installed a new transfer case a few weeks ago, and the transmission was working fine up until then. The vehicle belongs to a customer, and is still at the shop. So instead of putting anymore money into, the customer is just selling it as-is. It"s a no-reserve auction; so the highest bidder will win. However, the vehicles is also for sale locally.
