Rare C230 Sport Manual! !
This car came up for sale locally, and I couldn"t pass it up. How often does a super clean manual C230 Sport come up for sale? I bought it, and have done a few important things to it, driven it a few hundred miles and now it"s time to offer it to the world as I do with all my cars.
I replaced all 4 tires with correctly sized (225/45/ZR17 front), and (245/40/ZR17 rear) iMOVE Gen 2 tires. I had the outer tie rod ends and bellows replaced on both sides, and an alignment done at the same time. In my care, it"s also had an oil change (Mobil 1), oil filter, cabin filter and air filter change.
The car drives superbly. It"s straight, smooth, and quiet. The engine, transmission and clutch are excellent. The brakes are also excellent. A previous owner has painted the front calipers yellow and put Brembo decals on them. Don"t be fooled, these are stock C230 Sport front brakes. The interior is excellent, and super clean. Only small points in the interior are the passenger front seat has a couple of splits in the seating area (see pics), and the headliner over the rear seats is drooping just a little.
Before you ask, the reserve is $5000, and the buy it now is $5500.
I wouldn"t hesitate to drive this car anywhere. It has cold A/C, good heat, end everything works as it should. A previous owner has installed an aftermarket stereo head unit (CD player). Unfortunately, I do not have the original head unit.
The car is being sold as described. It has a clean/clear Florida title in my name. Please check my feedback for previous vehicle sales. Car is located in Palm Harbor Florida 34683. Buyer is welcome to fly into TIA or PIE and drive it home. I"ll be happy to meet them at the airport. $500 non-refundable deposit via Paypal is due immediately after listing ends.
