For sale 2006 Lotus Elise, 16.100 miles Only 1,079 Elises were imported in 2006, there are only 21 in the Krypton Green Lifestyle paint. Base Model: No sport or touring package.
2006 models differ from the 2005 models in a few aspects. 2006 models are equipped in LED tail lights, drive by wire (an updated ECU), improved fuel consumption, and more comfortable ProBax seats. Star shield installed. ECU and Oil line recall recently completed by the Lotus dealer in Glenview, IL. Just serviced (oil, oil and air filter replaced, new brake fluid, wheel alignment) Car looks and runs great. No curb rashes on the alloy wheels and there is plenty of thread on tires. Paint looks even better in person. No dents underneath the car, no spiderwebs on the fiberglass. Can provide more detailed or specific photos upon request if needed. Please do ask me any questions prior to purchasing. Comes with the maintenance record book and the original owner’s handbook. Also has 2 keys with the alarm fob. Unfortunately, the insurance company decided to total the car due to a dead rodent under the dashboard, because of the high labor it would need to clean it. Entire interior was stripped down, washed, and disinfected. Currently this car has a rebuilt title and is being sold as-is. Based on Carfax/Autocheck vehicle history it looks that this Lotus had two minor accidents in the past. After detailed inspection I didn’t notice any damage to the chassis or suspension, however it looks like both clams have been replaced with brand new parts in the past. Car is located in Chicago, IL
