Vehicle description
2006 Ford E 450 SuperDuty Van-Short Bus Body (Mileage Listed is Approximate I will check the Odometer and update the exact mileage shortly) I bought this bus in the early Spring of 2019. Since than I have converted it into a one of a kind road tripping machine. I am selling it because I am purchasing a 24’ long Schoolie which I plan on living out of full time and need more room. If I had a place to park both of them I would keep this one as there is nothing wrong with it I love it actually. It is 18 feet long and can be parked in regular parking spaces and is very easy to parallel park also. I had a custom queen-sized bed frame fabricated and bolted in the far rear area with about 20” of storage space underneath it. There is a deep cell installed in that space and a 12 volt water pump that powers the (detachable) outdoor shower.
There is a 3.0 Cubic Foot Dometic Propane/Electric Refrigerator directly in front of that bed on the passenger side. There is open front four foot by five-foot-high clothing/storage unit directly behind the driver’s seat. The passenger bus doors are lockable from the outside with a keyed lock and lockable from the inside with a slide-bolt for added security.
There is a Pioneer Stereo in it with Blue Tooth and USB Aux. 4-5” rear Pioneer speakers in the ceiling surface, and stock speakers up front. On a scale of 1-10 I would give this system a 7.0 rating. (Not Great but decent quality.) There is also an aluminum roof rack on top which measures approximately 6’ x 8’ with a 6” rim around it. Steel -portable ladder for roof access mounted on the passenger side. Very Minimal Surface rust on frame,
I painted it and clear coated it in the Spring of 2020 with multiple shades of metallic Green.
15 Gallon Water tank mounted underneath for outdoor shower usage or drinking water.
Outdoor Shower has a 12 Volt pump that powers it and the on-off switch is located outside for minimal water waste. The shower frame pictured breaks down and sets up in about 2 minutes. The shower head is on a flex hose and extends out the window and mounts above the window while in use. Folds up and is stored under the bed when not in use. (no hot water presently)

(155,000 Total Miles on the Bus and Engine)
8 New Injectors 3000 Miles Ago
New Turbo 3000 Miles ago
A Few New Oil Censors
New Front Rotors, New Front Wheel Bearings, New Front Brake Pads (less than 1000 miles ago)
Front Tires -about 5-6000 miles on them 90% Tread Left
Rear Tires ¼ inch of tread (should be replaced soon)
4 New Shocks about 5000 miles ago
2” Tow Hitch on Rear with 2” Ball
800 Watt Inverter
New MAF Sensor 3000 miles ago
Two Newer Ignition Batteries mounted underneath the passenger side. (one is 6 months old the other is about 3 months old)
New 140 Amp alternator 5000 miles ago
(I have receipts for most of the major work done)
This Bus runs like a dream. No vibrations, no rattles, no smoke, no issues. I towed my Mazda 3 all the way from Florida, through the highest, steepest mountain passes around Asheville North Carolina while never going below 65 MPH, and most importantly with no noticeable rise in the temp gauge either! Without the Car behind it, you could expect to cruise 70-75 over those passes with no issues and without matting the pedal. Average MPG-13-14 without the car.
There is also a Leather Reclining Chair that pivots 360 Degrees that fully reclines I can include in the sale. I had it previously bolted to the floor as a passenger chair but took it out because I planned on using it on my next build but I believe the other RV I am contemplating buying already has a passenger chair in it. (Please specify if you want it or not)
The only things I am aware of that should be upgraded or have some attention to are:
• Two New Rear Tires (30-40% TREAD JUST OLDER TIRES)
• Refrigerator does not seem to get as cold as it should if running off the inverter-deep cell battery (if on propane or shore power it gets ICE COLD) I have been connecting it to a 5 gallon portable Propane tank that I put right beside the refrigerator behind the captains chair. Next practical step to make would be to hard mount a propane tank underneath the bus.
I have between 18-20K invested into this Bus, price is firm
Title in Hand, NO TIRE KICKERS, Scammers, or Trades (Unless you have a 21-24" bus or vintage RV with low Miles on it and at least partially converted-upgraded)
$1000 Non Refundable Deposit due within 24 hours of the close of the auction, Balance due within 72Hours via Pay Pal or Cashiers Check. Cashiers Check, to be cleared by my bank prior to the Title being Transferred or Mailed to the New Buyer.
