This 2006 Dodge Charger R/T was bought in 2018 andsubsequently was converted from a sedan to a “UTE” pickup using a combination of kit and a custom local body shop thatincluded replacement fiberglass rear quarter panels, a steel tailgate, aluminuminner bed surfaces, and rear glass, as well as structural reinforcements. Thecar is finished in black over a two-tone black and gray interior, and powercomes from a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission.Additional modifications include staggered chrome 20 ″ Hellcat-style wheels, Eibach lowering springs, Koni dampers, and stainlessrectangular exhaust outlets. Service since 2018 includes replacement of brake components, steering and front-end components, thealternator, the battery, the coolant-expansion tank, and the air filter. Thismodified Charger is offered with a clean Carfax report, and a clean Virginiatitle that lists the vehicle as a 2020 Specialty Pickup. Staggered Chrome 20 ″ FR70 Hellcat-style wheels are mounted with275/40/20 Lexani front tires and 315/30/20 Lexani Rear. Braking is handled byfour-wheel discs with finished calipers. The front and rear brake pads, rotors,and associated hardware have been replaced, along with the installation ofEibach lowering springs and Koni dampers. Work in June 2020 includedreplacement of the front control arms and a passenger-side tie-rod end. The bed features a corrugated aluminum bed floor that liftsto provide access to the spare tire and the battery. The interior has a pair of power-adjustable seats that aretrimmed in gray leather, which is contrasted by a two-tone gray and blackdashboard and door panels. Amenities include dual-zone climate control, heatedseats, and a factory AM/FM/cassette/CD stereo. A crack is noted in the outsidebolster of the driver-side seat bottom. A four-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation that includesa 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges measuring coolanttemperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just over 68k miles. The 5.7-liter Hemi V8 was factory rated to make 340horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque, and power is sent to the rear wheelsthrough a five-speed automatic transmission.
