Vehicle description
Here we have a pretty rare vehicle as far as trucks go. This is an all original, Victory red 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 crew cab Z85 Edition pickup truck. It is a one owner rust free truck from Belton S.C. Original owner passed away and his wife decided to sell after several years of not really using it. Below is a brief description:
Exterior: Factory paint is in amazing condition to be 15 years old. Few tiny blemishes in the paint here and there, but nothing that will even show up in pictures they are so minor. Inside of the bed is amazing as well. I just had it detailed, inside and out, plus buffed, to really make it stand out. Just installed new headlamps, turn signals, and tail lamps due to fading from the S.C. sun ($650). New Tailgate spoiler ($180), other one had a crack. Wheels look great, no curb rash or peeling. Tires are 75% tread still.
Interior: The charcoal cloth interior is nothing short of fantastic. It looks like the insides of a new truck. Had towels and covers over the carpet and dash when I got it to protect everything. No wear, no holes, no cracks, nothing. A/C is ice cold, heat is hot as well. Windows, locks, and all work as they should.
Drivetrain: This has the legendary 5.3 ls engine. Awesome power and good fuel mileage. Runs like new. Truck sat for awhile after owner passed, so when I got it I replaced the fuel pump assembly ($700). Changed the oil, antifreeze, air filter, and just to be safe the crank sensor. It runs amazing as it should with such low miles. Overdrive transmission shifts perfect with no issues. Z85 options are shock upgrade, skid plates underneath, and some towing extras. The suspension is soft and rides great.
In closing, you would be hard pressed to find a 15 year old crew cab truck that"s an all original one owner, southern with no rust, extremely low miles, and never wrecked or painted on cat eye truck. I have the original window sticker and it still has the dealership key ring and nameplate on the tailgate. I will entertain serious offers to end the auction early, but please, no silly low ball ones. I"ve had 20 of these trucks and deal in them daily, I know exactly what a rare find this is and what it"s worth, so if it doesn"t sell, won"t bother me at all. These trucks look awesome lowered with a set of factory 22" Chevrolet wheels, so that is my plan if it doesn"t hit reserve. I am picky with the conditions of my vehicles, whether they be my personal units, or the ones I list for sale. So bid with full confidence. Third party inspections are welcomed. Any questions you may have, just shoot them over. Any extra pictures of something you don"t see in the ad, just ask, I"ll send them over. A $500 non refundable and non negotiable deposit is due at auction"s end. Thanks so much for looking. Take care.
