I am the second owner. My BMW was original leased to a gentleman in Florida. I bought it in 2008. I am a snowbird and while the car is still licensed in Florida, it is currently in Wooster, Ohio and I plan to sell it from this location. The exterior and interior are both in excellent condition. The car runs great and rides like a dream. I am still driving it, so the miles may change from what is in this listing. I have included the original sticker so that you are able to see the options on the car. This car has navigation, cellphone bluetooth, etc.
The defects that I am aware of: The front right headlamp cover is starting to glaze. The headlight works fine - it"s just a visual defect. I have included a close up picture of that headlamp. The CD player and CD exchanger quit working - not sure when, but I have not fixed them as I don"t have any CD"s. The car has regular radio and satellite radio. The passenger airbag sensor isn"t working. The passenger seatbelt works fine. I have not fixed as I am the only one who drives the car. The car drips a small amount of oil when sitting in the garage - I was told by the dealer that the seals are getting some age - a bit expensive to replace and easier to just occasionally add a bit of oil which is what I do.
If you are in the market for an affordable luxury automobile, you will definitely like this car. I am selling because my wife has her eye on a new SUV!
