2006 Audi S4 B7 Avant / Wagon V8 4.2L engine Manual 6 speeds transmission 151,000km -> 94,000 Miles Black on Recaro Black interior with brushed aluminum inserts
Timing chains Chain guides Chain tensioners Cam adjusters Seals and gaskets -> Have all been changed at 143,000km (89,000 Miles) with better/stronger parts (JHM, RS4).
I wanted those common 4.2L engine issues to be solved for good, so I did everything that needed to be done. I have all the documentation/bills regarding this.
That job cost more than 10,000$
The engine runs like new and never leaked any oil ever since.
Plus:
NEW JHM engine mounts.
NEW Bully clutch and flywheel.
Brakes with less than 6,500 miles (pads and ventilated discs)
Milltek Downpipes and Catback
Unitronic Stage 2
NEW Michelin Pilot Sport tires mounted on RS4 19” wheels.
NEW Nokian winter tires mounted on the OEM 18” wheels

I am selling it because I drove it less than 1,000 miles in the last year and I am moving on with other projects. I don’t have space to collect cars because if I had, I would keep it forever. I will be sad to let it go.

Those S4 B7 wagon manual are really hard to find. Especially in such a good shape and low miles. I personally searched for a few years to find a black/black version of this unicorn.
This car can be imported into the United States easily, without modification.
Specialized car import companies can take care of everything for around 1,000$ including importation fees and taxes. I have all the documentation needed and the car meets all the requirements.
