2005 Dodge Ram Power Wagon 2500 Quad Cab 4x4. First year of the Ram Power Wagon. This truck is an awesome beast of a machine that will go on any trail it can fit down.
Factory options:
- Front and rear solid electronic locking axles
- Lever-engaged 4x4 transfer case with low crawl ratio
- Rear AAM axle with helical limited slip differential when not fully locked, including heavy duty Cummins-spec axle shafts
- Electronic swaybar disconnect
- Warn 12,000lb winch (actually a 15,000lb winch that was rated at 12k for Dodge)
- Full underbody skid plates
- 4.56 gears
- 345 hp 5.7 Hemi
- Upgraded cooling system
- Forged Alcoa semi-beadlock wheels
- Bilstein shocks
- 2" (approximately) factory lift with springs optimized for off-road flex
I"ve spent a ton of money in the past year (less than 2000 miles of use) getting it caught up on maintenance including:
- 8 new fuel injectors
- 8 new coil packs
- 8 new spark plugs
- Brand new battery (20-June-18)
- Front and rear axle oil flush and refill
- Transmission drain, filter change, and refill with synthetic oil
- Brand new exhaust manifolds and studs ($2500 just for this)
- New rear brake rotors and pads
- New front brake rotors and pads (in box, it doesn"t need them yet)
- New coolant
- New air filter
- Transfer case oil flush and refill
- New Spicer u-joints (in box, doesn"t need them yet)
- New front axles (in box, doesn"t need them yet)
- New front front hubs (in box, doesn"t need them yet)
Truck shows wear and tear in line with a truck that has 200k miles, but no rust at all. Sitting on 34" tires with good tread left on them.
