About this vehicle This 2005 Mercury Mountaineer is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is used as a daily driver. Seller"s Notes Vehicle can be repaired by a mechanic or it can be used for parts Vehicle Details I am selling my mountaineer after owning it for 11years. It was truly good to me and my family. Never a major issue until now. I recently replaced the brake booster and the battery. I began hearing a lower end knock in the engine. I had the oil changed but the knock remains. The vehicle has AWD, sunroof, 6 cd changer, passenger DVD player, heated seats, sunroof, air conditioning, power seats and locks. The vehicle has 153157 miles. The transmission shifts very good. There is a AWD light on, ABS light is on, and a service engine soon light which was scoped for a PVC valve. I have title in hand. It currently needs a jump start to move and compression is very low.
