My hobby is restoring interesting cars to like new condition. This is my second SL and I bought it because the Designo Edition of the SL 55 is a rare beast. This one is Mocca Black with a Designo Sand interior. It looks like chocolate in direct sunlight. I"ve invested over $3000 in parts and hundreds of hours so the next owner can just drive it and enjoy. Every system on the car works as designed. Here"s what I"ve done. Replaced all four tires with new Michelin Pilot Sports Straightened and repainted all four OEM wheels, installed with new lug nuts Wheel alignment Replaced all 16 spark plugs Replaced both engine and cabin air filters Replaced windshield wipers Drained and replaced rear differential fluid Drained and replaced transmission fluid and changed filter Flushed and replaced brake fluid Flushed the ABC system and replaced the 3 micron filter Replaced the transmission mount Replaced the signal light lenses on both mirrors Replaced the lower center grill Filled holes for license plate in front bumper and repainted entire bumper Please reach out with any questions.
