2005 Mazda MPV LX 172,4XX miles. Overall this is a nice van, though it has some minor blemishes that is consistent for the miles and age. We purchased this last month, and it was running just fine when we purchased it. It has since developed a noisy tick in the motor, though it does start and run, we are selling it as a mechanics special. It does not have any error codes nor any check engine lights. No it has not been seen by a mechanic, rather we are choosing to cut our losses.
Van is the LX model, having three rows of seats with the third row that will fold flat, front and rear air (which is nice and cold), power windows, locks, cruise, mirrors, and dual sliding doors.
Since the engine noise developed after our test drive loop while it was idling at our showroom, we have not done any detailing or reconditioning of the vehicle. It could stand an interior detail. It has a couple minor dings in the rear door and passenger side. Drivers side windows are not operational, though passenger side are, so we suspect it is the switch not the regulator. It has minor rust on drivers side rear fender. Also, in shipment, the front windshield got cracked.
We are a small dealership and as such, we do not employ mechanics nor do we do any repair work. Everything I am describing is as I see it and my thoughts based on 30 years experience. Since this is a mechanics special, it is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults known or unknown. Yes I recommend towing the van. All Sales are subject to a required $149 non-refundable dealer fee, which is also your deposit. PayPal accepted for deposit ONLY. If resident of IN, KY, OH, IL I am required to collect sales tax in the amount of 7%.
