Vehicle description
Please read entire description and ask any questions before committing to purchase. .this vehicle is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. .
For you consideration is a 2005 Lexus LS430 luxury sedan with a white exterior and a tan leather interior. This vehicle has all the standard features and if you are reading this, I assume you know what those are. I purchased this vehicle late last year from the original owners. This Lexus was purchased new in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been here all its life. The actual mileage is just under 81,000. I have all of the service records which I obtained from the Lexus dealership here in Las Vegas when I had it serviced there early this year. Please note the following facts before bidding. First, the service records indicate the engine"s timing belt has never been changed. This service procedure is due at 90,000 miles, so any potential buyer should plan to have this done in the near future. The dealership here in Las Vegas quoted me $880 to perform this service procedure. I also received a quote from a non-dealership shop for $750. Second, there are two issues with the steering column. The telescoping steering wheel adjustment does not function. It is currently in an ideal position, so this issue never concerned me. The tilt adjustment works; however it will not automatically return to its last setting when the car is started. It will only tilt about halfway on its own; then you must use the adjuster to tilt the wheel the rest of the way down. I received a quote from the dealership to fix both of these steering column issues for $1,237, which includes changing the electric motors in the steering column. I have considered both of these factors when pricing this vehicle less than the book value on KBB. Aside from these two items, all of the vehicles features function flawlessly. There are some light scratches in the paint in certain spots and a few scrapes on the corners - see photos. There is some wear on the plastic dash by the navigation screen. Basically all the usual evidence of use in a vehicle of this age. However it has been very well cared for and with the basic service requirements performed it should last its next owner for many, many years and miles. Please ask any questions before committing to purchase! In-person inspections are welcome and encouraged!
TERMS: $500 Paypal deposit due within 48 hours of auction close; the balance is due in cash in person or by cashiers check within 7 days of auction close.
