2005 Jaguar X-Type AWD Sportwagon
Listing for the first time a very rare 2005 Jaguar X-Type AWD Sportwagon. Designed by Ian Callum there were only 1602 manufactured for export to the United States. Previous ownership was first in Hawaii and then Arizona. As the photos reveal this Jaguar is extremely clean and well cared for with a July 2019 PA inspection. The exterior and interior are near perfect with some minor evidence of use over the years. Everything is in working order. There are no issues, no rust, no OBD codes, and no french fries under the front seats!
One might ask why is this car for sale? I purchased it for business use about one year ago. The recently completed maintenance items include:
new brake pads and rotors all the way around
new brake master cylinder
new OEM plugs and coils
new intake sensor O rings
new upper and lower intake gaskets
new OEM alternator
new crankshaft sensor
new serpentine belt
new windshield (old one had scratches)
new PA State mechanical and emissions inspection
So to answer my question, I have always believed that the best time to sell a car is when it needs nothing and the next owner can enjoy it worry free.
This is too nice a car for my everyday business use. Though most all of my mileage is Interstate highway miles. I expect this car will not need any attention for many seasons to come. So come see for yourself. I have a CarFax as well as all repair documentation for your review.
