Clean title and I am the 2nd owner of the car.

6 speed manual transmission
Stock engine and well maintained
Lowered on adjustable BC Racing coilovers
Full body kit professionally installed
3 piece wheels on the car will be included
Seats inside are in excellent condition
Cons:
Dash has a crack and would need to be re done.
Interior door and back upholstery on the side is falling as you can see in the pictures but is an easy fix.
Clutch is original so eventually would need to be replaced.
Front tires have been worn out from inside and need to be replaced.
The whole car is in great condition well taken care of with low miles inspection is up to date. Never has been in an accident. Clean carfax.
