2005 Honda Accord EX Coupe owned since brand new. This was the top of the line 4 cylinder edition at the time with heated leather seats, sunroof, sunroof visor, and rear spoiler wing. Currently has 140,477 miles. Engine runs strong and transmission shifts smooth through all gears. The car has been very dependable for us. The paint needs a little TLC right now. Paint clear coat is peeling in some spots and there has been some touch up work done. Door lock is not working with remote key fob so you must use key to lock and unlock. A/C works but needs some refrigerant to make it cooler. CD player works perfectly. Both heated leather seats work perfectly. Has power windows, power door locks, power sunroof and power seats. Also has the original Honda car mats. Everything else works on the car works as it should. There are no check engine lights on. My daughter has been learning to drive in this car for the last 2 years so there are some small dings, scratches and minor imperfections. She did get into a few minor fender benders nothing major no air bags deployed. We did have to replace the front bumper cover and driver fender. The SRS light is on. I think it has to be removed by a technician as we had to change the drivers seat belt after it was locked from the accident. The driver seat has some tears and there is a broken panel in the rear seat. Like I said a little TLC and new paint the car will look awesome again.
We have always maintained the car through our local Honda dealership. Below is a list of the parts we have changed within the last 2 years: Fuse panel, complete tuneup, 4 new struts, 4 new tires, battery, alternator, serpentine belt, O2 oxygen sensors, knock sensor, new starter, brake pads, motor mounts, & regular engine oil change every 3,000 miles and transmission flush.
The car is not perfect but it"s very solid and does run and drive very well. My daughter drove this car from NJ to FL and back last year no problems. This car has been super dependable for us. I recommend having the wheels re-balanced and an alignment performed. Buyer responsible for pickup or transportation of vehicle. Vehicle sold as is where is. No returns. No reserve, last bidder wins.
