The Ford GT was etched in stone in 1966 with the victory at Le mans - the 34th Grand Prix of Endurance and again with the recent move “Ford vs. Ferrari”, starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale. Ford re-designed and modernized the car’s original design, producing a total of only 4,038 cars over two years - from 2005 to 2006. This is one of only 2,027 built in 2005 and 1 of 765 Red cars built. The car flat out draws a crowd everywhere it goes. Below are several videos and then many photos…. here is a brief description: 2005 Ford GT with 2914 miles all 4 options. This awesome Supercar has arguably been one of the best car investments of all time! This car was driven into a ditch by the salesman at the dealership when delivered off of the truck brand new and consequently has a salvage rebuilt Texas title. The car was repaired at Ferrari of Houston and is completely sorted out. The only thing not working is the AM/FM Radio. It needs an antenna, I have not been able to source one. The CD player works fine although the awesome sound of the exhaust note is way better than anything coming out of the speakers! The only thing non stock on this car is an Accufab Y-pipe that was installed by Rich Roback( original exhaust muffler is included, see photo). I also installed an upgraded rear view camera with 4-view that will record audio. The original oem rear view mirror is included with the sale. The tires are OEM with about 1,500 miles on them (the fronts are date coded 2019, the rears are date coded 2018). It has one small paint chip on the passenger door and 2 tiny dings on the left rear clam shell. Would probably come out with paintless dent repair. This car is out of my personal collection and everything is included with the sale with the exception of the OEM car cover. I am including an OEM trickle charger in the wrapper with the sale.
