R-Title Needs new rear tires, oil sensor is on but oil has always been maintained (next due 110k). Tire pressure indicators need reset. Back wheels need replaced as they currently rub slightly on the wheel wells. May need bearings/differential and other basic maintenance expected of a car with 100k+ miles.
