Click image above to see video condition report! [isdntekvideo] Here is a 2005 Cadillac XLR with 68k miles up for sale. The car looks nice and drives well, but will needs some TLC. Exterior wise the paint and body are in good shape. Has a few small nics in the paint here and there but nothing major. Take a look at my video above to get a good idea of condition. Overall I would say the paint is about an 8.5 out of 10. Convertible top does not go up and down and will need service. Original wheels in good shape all around.
The interior overall is clean but not perfect. Driver side backrest has some splits in the leather and the passenger side bottom section showing a few cracks in the leather as well. Center console looks good as well as leather armrest. Please see the video above for more details. Power seats work well, heated functions work. Power mirrors, door locks and windows all work as they should. Comes with 2 key fobs.
Mechanically the car starts, runs and drives well but will need a few things. It has a check engine light which is a P0315 (crankshaft position sensor not learned code). It has a new crankshaft position sensor from GM. But it will not program to the system as we tried to do. Seems to forget the programming after car restarts. That being said the car still runs excellent. The tires have about 30% all around and are older. Shocks probably original as well. Convertible top does not go up and down. I have not looked into this. Emergency key lock Barrell in bumper is missing but cable still there and can be pulled.
