We are trying to be fair to all buyers and we do not want non paying bidders bidding up cars that an honest person wants to buy, and being bid up by a person who is playing a game with our account and thousands of other accounts in this country. We want to be fair and square to all real potential bidders. Non paying buyers will be reported to eBay. We hope not to have any. Balance is to be paid by check, cash or wire transfer only.
