Vehicle description
I am selling my 2005 AUDI A4 Convertible, with only 82,307 miles. This California car has a real pretty blue exterior paint. When the sun hits it, it is very pretty. Its much better than the typical black exterior paint that comes on most Audi"s. The car also has the 3.0 V-6 engine and this car scoots! The top works fine and its a blast to drive.
I bought this car originally for my son, from a COPART sale. Apparently the original owner parked it out side with driver window half down. I believe she got the car impounded and it sat in a wrecker lot for awhile with the driver window half down. If you know anything about Audi convertibles you know the body module is under the driver carpet in a LOW spot. So, this chick just let it rain and water has to go somewhere. So I bought the car as a "Run and Drive". I bought the module, plugged it in and all was good. I worked the top up and down a few times. Then drove it for a week or so. I would recommend the buyer put a fresh tank of high octane gas, with octane booster, and some fuel additive to clean out the fuel system since the car sat for a bit in an a impound lot. I would also clean the air intake MAP sensor area, it can get sticky if a car sits awhile. So I did buy a new battery. Other than that I got it detailed and left it alone. Here is the rub; I bought this cool Audi Convertible for my son, who ended up not caring for cars. Go figure. I guess it skips a generation! So The car is not getting driven and there is no sense keeping it if no one will drive it (Mom and Dad have BMW"s Alpina B7 and 2 760LI V12"s ). So I would rather this AUDI go to a good home.
So the car does have a SALVAGE title. Its fully transferable. Bid to own. NO RESERVE. Call me, Lee, at if you have questions BEFORE you bid.
