INTRODUCTION
Up for sale is a 2005 Acura MDX that is now cleaner than the day she rolled off the lot, trust me on that! She"s been routinely maintenanced and runs great! In fact, my mechanic once told that his wife was in a pretty bad accident with this same model and walked away uninjured. So he went out and bought himself one! This speaks volumes in safety alone.
MAINTENANCE OVERVIEW
As I"ve said, I"ve had the car routinely maintenanced. There is a brand-new battery put in last week, brakes are four months old, tires are under a year old, brand-new windshield wipers, and timely oil changes. There are no major dents in her, only the normal wear and tear that you"d expect to come with a vehicle that is 12 years old, such as bumper nicks/scratches. However, I"ve had countless people enter the car and instantly assume she is younger - ah, the perks of driving around in a luxury vehicle!
WHY AM I SELLING
Now for the specifics — Why am I selling? Very simply, it"s too much space for my needs. I don"t have a family and I don"t routinely haul large objects, so a full-size SUV is just more than what I need. I will say that on the occasions when I"ve used the third row, it has come in handy. I"ve even fit as many as 10 people in this car one time, but I wouldn"t recommend it, as it"s only meant to accommodate 7. It has an exceptionally roomy backseat and when you put all the seats down you can easily haul bedroom and storm doors from Home Depot, or anything of that size, as I can attest.

Please note: I"ve tried to be as upfront about my knowledge of any issues, and snap enough pics to give you a clear idea of the condition. Asking 3995.00, OBO. Please only serious buyers, but I am looking to sell rather quickly. I do currently have a balance on the loan and so it may take up to a week to transfer the title.
