Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi is an original with updates to the exterior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes Full description above Vehicle Details 2004 Subaru STI. 190,000 miles on the body with a fully rebuilt motor with 4000 miles on it. New pistons, rods, bearings, crankshaft, all seals, gaskets, timing belt, etc. 850cc fuel injectors, bigger fuel pump, vf48 STI turbo, fully Catless exhaust, headers all the way back. There’s an exhaust leak in the midpipe. Nothing crazy but it is there. The clutch that’s in it is a stock clutch and is fine however it can’t handle the power up top. Under higher rpms it will slip but down low and driving around it does just fine. The dash lights shown in the pictures are on however there is no check engine light and good for emmisions until 2023 in the state of Connecticut. Shifts through all gears well, is tuned on an accessport. Exterior Some rear quarter panel rust as pictured. These cars tend to get that over time. Both fenders are carbon wrapped. Not real carbon fiber. The fenders are not in the best shape overall. Clean rust wise just some small imperfections. Interior The dash lights that show are on while driving. No check engine light. Nothing affecting driveability. Engine The car has 190,000 miles on the body with a completely rebuilt motor with 4000 miles on it. New pistons, rods, bearings, crankshaft, all gaskets, all seals, timing belt, etc. Upgrades include: 850cc injectors, bigger fuel pump, aftermarket intake, full Catless exhaust headers, uppipe, downpipe, and full exhaust. There is an exhaust leak in the midpipe. Nothing crazy but it is there. The clutch is a stock clutch and will slip at higher rpms. Drives fine down low and as is but a new buyer should upgrade to a stronger clutch to drive this car how it should be driven. Download the Motors app
