Up for sale is a ONE OF A KIND 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 5.9 24 Valve Crew Cab Cummins diesel short box with the SLT package and 6 speed MANUAL TRANSMISSION! This SOLID TRUCK has a clear/clean title with only 267k original miles! ! For a Cummins diesel, this 3/4 Ton is Just GETTING BROKEN IN! Ready for many more miles and years of work! It has been regularly maintained and always adult driven.
Mechanical: The 5.9 Cummins diesel engine is one of the most sought-after motors on the market today due to its reliability, performance, fuel mileage, and longevity. This truck has not been tinkered with, altered, or abused. .it is 100% stock! The oil and filters have been changed regularly, engine has no "blow by" and there are no drips coming from the bottom of the truck, and no oil consumption. Engine, transmission, and clutch operate perfectly with no strange noises or leaks. There are NO check engine lights on. Injectors are in great shape with no smoke or haze coming from the exhaust. Engine "purrs" like when it was new. Recently over $2000.00 was spent on NEW Kenda Kleaver Tires & Brakes! Less than 300 miles on them! 4x4 WORKS GREAT! Suspension rides very smooth, tight, and comfortable going down the road! This Ram doesn"t have the rattles you hear in many of the trucks going down the road. .it is very smooth! This is a truck that could be hopped into immediately and driven across the U.S. without any problems AT ALL! A tuner has recently(last year) been installed to maximize power and fuel economy(25mpg or MORE! )
Interior: This SLT packaged truck has quite a few bells and whistles including Ice cold A/C, electric windows, power locks, doors, cruise control! The truck has not been smoked in and has a pleasant smell inside, like when it was new. There are no rips or stains in the seats, carpet, or interior! And NO CRACKS on the top of the dash like so many have.
Body: This Ram is a beautiful clean truck with its original paint! It is very difficult to find a ding or scratch on the truck, although I"m sure if you looked long enough you might find a few of each (hard to pick up on camera). The frame and undercarriage are rust free and is as solid as it was from the dealer back in 2004. There are the normal rock chips found on the exterior of the truck. It has a receiver for towing, and 5th wheel ball in bed.
